At My Freebird Fashion, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Sale items and custom-made products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
